Basic Needs and Services
Connect you with sources for rent and mortgage assistance, heat and utility assistance, personal essentials (hygiene items, diapers and supplies), and resources and referrals.
Access to Affordable Health Care
Provide support to locate Medicaid program applications and low- cost or no-cost healthcare on the insurance exchanges marketplaces.
Transportation
Support in finding low or no-cost transportation through low-income discounts, disabled veterans programs (DAV network) or medical transportation.
